John Daniel York, 61, passed away, Friday, November 6, 2020 in Decatur. He was born October 5, 1959 in Houston to James Albert and Dorothy Pauline (Patton) York. They both preceded him in death along with brothers, Michael and Robert Gail York, baby sister, Kim York, and uncles, Raymond York and Herman Eaul York. He is survived by his wife, Diane Rose Dyer York; son, Mark York and wife, Misty; daughter, Amy Schrick; brothers, David York and Dale York; sisters, Lynn Cantu and Karen Burks; grandchildren, Aireann Schrick, Daniel Schrick, Lily York, Malana Flynn, Jonathan Flynn, Mason McMahill, Lacey, Ally and Shayden; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
