Johnie Monroe “Smokey” Woolley, 92, passed away peacefully, Monday, May 18, 2020 at home surrounded by those that love him. He was born December 22, 1927 in McAdoo to Johnie and Elsie (Beasley) Woolley. They both welcomed him home along with his wife, Betty (Beauchamp) Woolley, son, Tommy Woolley, Brothers Bill and Dickey Woolley and sister, Mary Young. Smokey was a Mason and retired after 28 years of dedicated service at Braniff Airlines. He enjoyed rodeoing with his wife, Betty. He is survived by his children, David Woolley and companion, Lisa Lucido; daughter, Missy Danley and husband, Ray; sister, Frances Donahue; grandchildren, Taylor, Turner and Rudy; nieces and nephew, Carolyn, Pat and Randy; and extended family and friends.
