David Adrian Womack, 60, passed away, Tuesday, January 3, 2017. David was born September 12, 1956 to Adrian and Ada Worthington Womack. They preceded in death along with his wife, Elizabeth Williamson Womack and son, Justin Womack. He is survived by his daughter, Jillian Lord and husband, Michael; brother, Adrian Womack and wife, Kristie; and grandchildren, Alden and Uriah Lord.
