Tony Winnegar

Tony Ray Winnegar, 51, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 at his home in Alvarado. He was born April 10, 1966 in Arlington to Max Duane and Josephine Muscanere Winnegar. Tony attended Alvarado High School and Mansfield High School. Tony loved the outdoors and for many years owned and operated a landscaping business specializing in tree service. Tony also worked as a lab tech for Texas Industries, Inc.
Tony loved people, especially his family. He is remembered by family and friends for his laughter and fun-loving sense of humor. Tony felt a genuine care and concern for others; those who knew him were touched by his kindness. He will be missed by all. Tony now has the peace that we are all promised, God’s peace.
Tony was preceded in death by his brother, Joey Winnegar and a niece, Courtney Arnold. He is survived by his parents; daughter, Cassidy Winnegar; sisters, Lucretia (Glen) Hicks and Gina (Bobby) Walsh; grandson Josiah Winnegar; several nieces and nephews and many friends.
