William was born December 31, 1977 in Fort Worth to Cheryl Burnett and Ray Wilkins. His mother preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Dylan Wilkins; daughter Krista Wilkins; parents, Raymond and Doris Wilkins; brother, Jason Wilkins; and sister Kimberly Wilkins.
