Jean Tebbens

Jean Marie Haller Tebbens, 90, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, June 7, 2020. She was born March 13, 1930 in Des Moines, Iowa to Marvin and Alice (Scales) Haller. They both were there to welcome her home along with her husband, Christopher John Tebbens, Jr. and daughter, Cheryl Pratscher. Jean grew up in Oshkosh, Wisconsin and was a school teacher in a one room school house. She married Christopher John Tebbens, Jr. and moved to Chicago. She loved to garden and spent the remaining nine years of her life in Texas. She is survived by her son, Christopher John Tebbens, III and wife, Patricia and Garry Tebbens and wife, Debbie; sister, Elaine Last and husband, Jim; grandchildren, Brian, Christine, Christopher (Erica), Jeremy (Haley), Carl and Stacy; great grandchildren, Jack and Silas.
