Margaret Taylor

Margaret Maysel (Lucas) Taylor, 73, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, January 8, 2024 in Decatur. She was born October 10, 1950 in Woodstock, Illinois to Lawrence and Ruth Winona (Loudermilk) Lucas. They both preceded her in death. Margaret grew up in Illinois and was a loving and devoted wife. She loved to collect antique clocks and spend time with her family. You could find her at times tending to her plants and she had a love for all animals. Margaret will be deeply missed by her loving husband, Travis Ray Taylor; daughter, Margie Gaebel Switzler and husband, Mike; granddaughter, Elizabeth McPherson; extended family and friends.
