He was born, October 10, 1961 in Fort Worth to Sanford Swinney and Delia Creed Harris. They preceded him in death along with his step-father, Clifford Harris and a brother, Edwin Swinney.
Mike was a member of multiple charities in the community and worked for Lige Green Flowers for over 20 years.
