Christopher Sturgeon

Christopher Allen Sturgeon, 47, passed away, Saturday, August 21, 2021, at his home in Azle, Tx. He was born January 13, 1974, in Irving, Tx. Chris worked as an electrician for D.R. Swindle Construction. Chris never met a stranger and he had a heart of gold. He had a passion for cooking/grilling, anything outdoors, all things western, Texas, and Texas country. In his spare time, when he wasn’t working or volunteering for Servolution or for his church, TCAA, you would find him hanging out with his family or friends, listening to live music and dancing, working on his yard, playing with his dog, Axel, or out on the lake on his jet ski. But most of all, he loved adventures and quality time with his family that he loved so much; specifically, his children that were his whole world. Left to cherish fond memories are his mother, Alita Hidinger; Father and Stepmother, Frank and Pam Sturgeon; stepbrother, Donny Sturgeon; children, Lydia and Kane Sturgeon and their mother, Katherine Quinton; sister, Alisha Vickers and her husband, Dean Faulkner; niece, Hannah Vickers and nephew, Bailey Vickers; and girlfriend, Sarah Kabetzke.
