Swanson Leroy Stoots, 80, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, June 23, 2015 in Arlington. Swanson was born August 14, 1934 in Austinville, Virginia to Robert E. and Martha Anderson Stoots they both preceded him in death along with his wife of 30 years, llen Jane Fries who passed away on February 1, 2011.
