Billy Splawn

Billy Charles Splawn, 91, passed away, Thursday, October 28, 2021 at home. He was born June 29, 1930 in Boyd to Benjamin Splawn and Luida Warren Splawn. They both preceded him in death along with is first wife, Betty Ruth Kirkland Splawn; second wife, Patsy Hart-Splawn, sons, Bobby and Benny Splawn. Bill served in the US Army and was a member of the Elks Lodge. He is survived by his daughters, Brenda Fry and husband, Jimmy, Belenda Welch and husband, Randy; Traci Pelaez and Cindy Weurdig and husband, Arthur; son, Paul Hart and wife, Amy; grandchildren, Rodney, Rodger, Melody, B.J., Steffanie, Brandon, Jeff, Jennifer, Josh, Mandee, Meredith, Alyssa, Jeremy, Elizabeth, Nathan and Megan; nineteen great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
