John Smith

John Curtis Smith, 88, passed away, Saturday, June 5, 2021 at home surrounded by those that love him. He was born March 28, 1933 in Bradford, Pennsylvania to Herbert and Audrey (Maitland) Smith. They both preceded him in death along with his sister, Marge Brown and brothers, Robert and James Smith. He worked for Dresser Rand in Olean, New York and retired after 30 years of dedicated service. John also served in the US Army. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 57 years, Joyce (Humphrey) Smith; daughters, Stephanie Payne and husband, Gary and Tracy Smith; several nephews and extended family.
