Jane Smith

Jane Smith passed away, peacefully, Tuesday, August the 20, 2024, in Weatherford. Ms. Smith, a Mascot, Tennessee native, began her journey on April 30, 1936, welcomed by her parents, Beecher Lee Cole and Isabella Cole (Maples). Jane loved her family and friends, but was especially fond of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and her pets, Chico and Tweety. She enjoyed NASCAR broadcasts, Hallmark movies, and large family gatherings. Jane will be fondly remembered by all who loved and knew her. She is survived by sons, Dwaine Foust, Robert Smith (Christy); Daughters, Sandra Suckla, Rebecca Huffer, Pamela Kidwell (Steven); Brother, James Cole and wife, Ruth Cole. Jane was preceded in death by her Father, Beecher Lee Cole; mother, Isabella Cole; sons, Patrick and Phillip Sillers; sister, Josephine Surber; daughter-in-Law, Debbie Foust; son-in-law, Allen Suckla; granddaughter, Aimee Williams; and grandson, Robert Purdham. In honour of Jane's wishes there will be no public funeral service. The family will have a private celebration of life on Saturday, August 24, 2024.
