Sharon Beth (Verner) Redding fell asleep in the Lord on Sunday, December 7, 2025, in Fort Worth. She was born September 7, 1945, to Cecil and Janie (Henry) Verner in Bridgport. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ross Redding, sister Donna Thompson, and brothers, Carol Verner and Danny Verner.

She grew up in the Bridgeport area and graduated from Bridgeport High School. After a short career as a nurse's aide, Sharon met her husband, Ross Redding. They were married on July 13, 1978, and went on to raise their family.

Sharon was known for her kindness and loving nature. She was generous with her time and talents. She had a strong Catholic faith and was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Bridgeport.

Sharon enjoyed oil painting, reading, horses, and the study of science.

Sharon is survived by her Children, Joseph Redding and his wife Melissa, Michael Redding, Elisabeth Redding, and Aaron Redding; grandchildren, Haylee, Cassidy, and Maddison; sisters, Vikki Kelly and her husband Mark, and Lori Clark, along with extended family and friends.
