Delores Shappa

Delores "Dee" Dianne Skinner Shappa, 65, a loving and faithful wife, daughter, mother, sister and grandmother, passed away unexpectedly, Wednesday, December 14, 2016 in Azle. Dee was born September 9, 1951 in Hope, Arkansas. She was preceded in death by her son, Dustin Manning. Survivors: Husband, Gary Shappa; parents Evelyn and Roy Skinner; daughter, Pamela Higbee and husband, John; son Greg Manning; brothers Bart Skinner and Bobby Burns and wife, Tina; grandchildren, Brittany, Katelyn, Megan and Issac.
