Jay Carl Royalty, 46, a loving brother and uncle passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2016 in Weatherford. Jay was born August 23, 1969 in Fort Worth. He is preceded in death by his mother, Donna Howell and grandparents Allie and Marvin Howell. Jay is survived by his sisters, Terri Pierce, Wendy Redd and husband, James, Michelle Layman; brothers, James Johnson and wife, Theresa and Nick Johnson; nephews, Justin, Jeremy, Michael, Logan and Eason all of whom will miss him dearly.
