Frances Kay (Niccum) Robbins, 85, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025 in Fort Worth. She was born February 18, 1940 to Francis J Niccum and Zoe E. (Barnes) Niccum in Hays, Kansas. Frances was preceded in death by her parents and husband Robert Fred Robbins; Son in law, Bryan Lundin and sister, Barbara Niccum.
Frances was a hair stylist form 62 years only retiring resentlly. She was active in BPO sorority, PPO sorority and Ladies Golf Assosiation. She enjoyed golf and playing Bridge. Frances was a sports fan supporting th Dallas Cowboys for many years. Frances had an outgoing personality and a beautiful soul. She was a beloved daughter, wife and mother. Frances’s memory will be charished by all who knew and loved her. She is survived by her daughter, Lisa Lundin.
