Norma Riley-Shrum

Norma Lee Windle Shrum, 73, a loving mother, sister and grandmother, passed away, Thursday, April 13, 2017 in Weatherford, with her family at her side. Norma was born May 27, 1943 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to the late Norman and Nancy (Arbell) Windle. She is preceded in death by her husband, Tommie Shrum, daughter, Mary Abella Shrum, brother, Kenneth, Sisters, JoAnn, Ramona, Mary and Wanda. She is survived by her daughters, Tammie Cowden and husband, Weldon and Tina Hall and husband, Tim; brother, Jimmy Windle and wife, Debbie; sister, Sherry Walker and her husband; granchildren, Earl Morgan, Jr., Nickie Morgan, Latosha Miller, Crystal Harrison, Megan Kelley and Monica Adams; eleven great grandchildren; and extended family and friends.
