John Polk

John Edward Polk, 53, a master plumber, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2015 at home. John was born July 3, 1962 in Fort Worth to John Vernon and Margie Watts Polk. They both predeceased him along with a brother Steve Polk. John leaves behind his wife, Jania Warren Polk; daughters, Jessica Polk and Courtney Wierenga; brother, Terry Polk and wife, Darlene; sister, Linda Stephenson and husband, Danny; several nieces, nephews and cousins, all of whom will miss him.
