Maria Luna Pesqueda, 72, passed away peacefully, Monday, May 23, 2016 at home surrounded by those who love her. Maria was born August 10, 1943 in Charlotte to Nicholas and Aurora Tober Luna. They both preceded her in death along with her husband, Jose; and a brother, Nicholas Jr. Left to cherish her memory are her children, Elsie (Ben) Bravo, Elise (Robert), Mary (Raymond) Garza, Joe Christopher (Debbie) Pesqueda, Donna (Daniel) Cantu and Michael (Laura) Pesqueda; brother, Raphael; sisters Senida and Licha; twenty two grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
