Candace Kaye Payne, 51, passed away, Wednesday, August 8, 2018. She was born April 2, 1957 in Fort Worth to William Clifford and Peggy Lou (Trammell) Payne. They both preceded her in death. Candace is survived by her sister, Lindy McKenzie and husband, Michael; brothers, Skeeter Payne and Joe Payne and wife, Gay; niece, Mandi Payne and many friends.
