She was preceded in death by her parents, Iva Dell Milton, Father, Grandmother Retha Lee, and Grandson Jacob Fitzgerald.Children: Rodney and wife Dawn Taylor, Angela and husband Melvin Cox, Terri Kistner, Kimberly Burross, and Michael Burross. Family: Niece Donna and husband JW McKibben, children Brandy, Brittney, Jennica, and Tyler.Grandchildren: John Taylor, Christina and husband Dustin Davis, Nicole and husband Sal Ramundo, Emily and husband Tyler Whiskin, Hope and husband Brandon Bloodworth, Brittney and wife Abby Burross, Justin and wife Katy, Caleb Burross, Colton and Grace Burross, Nicole and husband Jason Erwin.Great Grandchildren: Alaunah and Aden Davis, Bryson and Bowen Bloodworth, Mason Blevins, Hunter, Beckham and Aspen Whiskin, Evie, Isla, and Dean Ramundo, Harper and Hazel Burross, Kaylee, Jackson, and Millie Fitzgerald. The beginning of Pat’s life was filled with pain, but God brought her unconditional love with John Burross. They were married for 27 years. Pat worked in the motorcycle industry for 25 years, traveling to Canada and Europe during her career. She started out at Chrome Specialties, then merged with Custom Chrome, and retired from Kuryakyn in 2019. Her jobs included sales representative, sales manager, international sales, and, finally, as an executive accounts representative. In August of 2019, God moved her to Paradise, where many of her family live. Her retirement was short-lived. In October of 2019, she found out about a women’s home and donated items. Then God sent her to see the home, and she found they had many needs, one of which was that it was too small. She met with Emily Palmer and the women and children in the home, 23 individuals at that time living there. She felt God’s pull to help this woman’s home. She did fundraising, auctions, and met with people who could help the families. In December of 2020, the home was blessed with food, clothing, household items, and improvements to the home itself as God continued to open each door. In March 2022, it was remodeled, and every need for the home was donated. Pat’s goal was to show these families God could change their lives if they would allow him to. God has been good to the home, supplying the needs of these families. Pat’s prayer was that each person entering the home know that they are worthy and deserve a life without pain, addiction, and abuse. God has given them a place to heal and grow in him. Working with the home was a blessing to her life more than she could have ever imagined. Mom's request was that in lieu of flowers, she asked that donations the " More Precious Than Rubies Ministry" be made in her name. MPTRP.O. Box 873Chico, Texas 76431
