James Edward Parker, 70, passed away, Thursday, July 25, 2019 in Fort Worth. He was born August 9, 1948 in Azle to Phillip Wilbur and Emma Louise (Admire) Parker. They both preceded him in death along with a brother, Leslie Parker and sister, Emma “Annette” Parker Fields. James is survived by his brother, Wilbur “Ralph” Parker and wife, Nella; sister, Ruth Green; brother in law, Robert Fields; sons, Johnny and Michael; daughter, Sarah; and extended family.
