Arthur Odle

Arthur Hugh Odle, 77, passed away, Friday, September 13, 2024 in Fort Worth. I lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his name to the Disabled Veterans Association. He was born March 13, 1947 in Astoria, Oregon to Donald Eugene and Maude Emily (Christie) Odle. They both preceded him in death along with one brother, Michael Odle and two grandchildren. Arthur grew up in New Jersey. As a young man, he joined the Army, where he was a First Lieutenant Commander and as a Military Police Officer. After being discharged from the Army, he worked for AT&T and retired after 30 years of dedicated service. After retirement, he worked with his sons, enjoyed watching war movies and reading John Grissom’s books. Arthur is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 56 years, Vicki (Compton) Odle; sons, Chris Odle and wife, Gina and Michael Odle and wife, Lisa; daughter, Dawn Ceja and husband, Craig; sister, Ann Odle; eight grandchildren; three great grandchildren; extended family and friends.
