Frances Newby

Frances Annette (Chester) Newby, 61, passed away, Wednesday, October 18, 2023 in Fort Worth. Frances Annette was born January 27, 1962 in Arlington to Michael Peter and Lucy Bell (Reid) Chester. They both preceded her in death along with three sisters, Shirley Courtney, Nancy Wooley and Carol Davis. She grew up in Arlington. Later they moved to Dallas where she graduated from North Dallas High School in 1980. She loved to dance, laugh and play games with family. She had a love for animals especially her dog and kittens. Frances Annette also enjoyed writing and was a great cook. She is survived by her husband, Shawn Newby; sister, Wanda Crain and husband, Mark; brother, Mike Chester and wife, Laura; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
