Virgil Mills

Virgil Dale Mills, 60, passed away, Friday, June 9, 2023 in Stephenville. He was born November 6, 1962 in Hico to Delbert Lee Mills and Retha Bernice Bales Mills. They both preceded him in death along with his wife, Rena Pelis, son, Buddy Dean Thomas Mills and son-in-law, Donnie McWhorter. Virgil was a very loving and caring person who loved to help people. He was a hard worker, was a collector or many items and in his spare time he loved to play music and fish. Virgil enjoyed laughing, having fun and spending time with his family and friends. Left to cherish fond memories are his children, Brandie Lewis and husband, Cody, Valarie Mills and husband, Colt, Virgil “Lee” Mills, Crystal Childers and husband Russell, Nathan Pelis, Danielle McWhorter and Heather Pelis and husband, Steven Wyman; siblings, Cornelius Mills and Retha Dueling; many grandkids, nieces, nephews and extended family
