Richard Lee "Perchy" Metzger, Jr., 57, a loving husband, son and friend went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 20, 2017 in Decatur. He was born June 2, 1960 in Fort Worth to Richard Lee Metzler, Sr. and Lucretia Ann Coleman Jumper. His father preceded him in death along with two sisters, Kim and Lena. He is survived by his wife, Lillian Willis Metzger; mother, Lucretia Jumper; step sons, James Luther and wife, Loria, Luke Luther and wife, Willia and Matthew Luther; and good friend Judy.
