Bethany Faith McElhaney, an infant, passed away, Monday, May 6, 2019. Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m., Tuesday at Alexander’s Midway, Springtown. She was born July 19, 2018 in Decatur. She is survived by her parents Sarah and Troy; grandparents, David and Palastrena Conklin and Troy and Shelly Cooksey, Sr.; great grandmothers, Mary Shears and Annie Conklin; aunts, Dakota Cheek, Sherry Seeton and Harley Cooksey; and uncles, Alex Conklin and Sonny Bledsoe.
