Kay Mccoy

Kay Frances McCoy, 80, a longtime resident of Brownsville and Springtown, passed away from natural causes, Saturday, July 25, 2020. She was born November 22, 1939 in Jacksonville, Florida to Thomas and Pearl (Marcum) Kearns. They both preceded her in death along with her husband, of 53 years, Jim McCoy. Kay enjoyed a rich life as a daycare associate, a substitute teach, a Junior Service League member and a Red Hat Society member. She loved life and cherished spending time with her family, friends and pets. Kay also enjoyed a fulfilling life as a loving wife, mother and friend. She will be truly missed. She is survived by her son, Michael McCoy; daughter, Damorrow Williams and husband, Don; granddaughter, Madyson Williams; and her sister, Jean DeSwarte.
