Jo Anna Berry Mays, 77, passed peacefully from this life in the arms of her daughters, into those of her Lord and Savior on December 6, 2023.
Jo Anna found her peace and purpose in her family, and her faith. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Springtown and cherished her friends and church family deeply.
She is preceded in death by her husband of almost 59 years, Michael W. Mays, and her parents, James H. and Margaret Jo Berry.
She is survived by daughters Tammy Mays and Kimberly Cooper, son-in-law Louis Sherman, Grandson Michael D. Cooper, Sister-in-law Kay Mays, Niece Erin Taylor Parker & family and nephew John Tyler Mays & family.
