Survivors: Wife, Leilani Matthews; parents, Charlie and Mary Matthews; son, Sean Matthews; daughter, Cassandra Minyard and husband, Wesley; son, Jacob Matthews; daughter, Samantha Matthews; sister, Sharon Latta and husband, Rick; grandchildren, Sean Jr., and Jaydon.
