Thelma Matlock

Thelma Jean Brown Matlock, 84, a homemaker, passed away, Monday, March 22, 2021. She was born August 30 1936 in Poolville to Alvis and Georgia (Woodard) Brown. They both preceded her in death along with her husband, Leo Matlock, son, Wyatt Matlock and grandson, Timothy Lee Matlock. Thelma was a life long resident of Parker County. She collected old wooden thread spools, hankies enjoyed mowing and working outside. She is survived by her daughter, Cleo Cortez; granddaughters, Cristina Torres, Veronica Cervantes, Victoria Torres and husband, Doug Latham and Kanetha Thornton and husband, Josh; grandsons, Emory Matlock and Randy Matlock; brother, Coalby Brown and wife, Barbara; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
