Mark Farley, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in Decatur, Texas. Born on April 25, 1954, in Fort Worth, Texas, Mark’s life was deeply rooted in the Fort Worth area, where he raised his family and shared countless moments of love and laughter.

Mark was well known for his funny and kind nature, a combination that endeared him to all who knew him. He had a unique way of brightening any room, effortlessly blending humor with genuine kindness. His warmth and quick wit made him a cherished companion, and his gentle spirit a foundation for his family’s strength.

Professionally, Mark dedicated much of his working life to Al Boenker Insurance, where he served as the Maintenance Manager. His commitment to his work was marked by diligence and a quiet pride in doing his best, traits that reflected his solid character and unwavering integrity.

Outside his duties, Mark’s passion for sports and golf brought him joy and relaxation. Whether eagerly watching a favorite game or enjoying time on the golf course, these pursuits were a cherished part of his life, connecting him to friends and family alike.

Mark’s family was the center of his world. He is survived by his children: Mark Andrew Farley and his wife Lisa, Matthew Ross Farley and his wife Staci, Mariah Farley and her husband C.J. Jasso, and Morgan Lawrence and her husband Randy. He took great pride in his grandchildren: Ava, A.J., Matthew Jr., Truman, Liam, Laiken, Asher, Lily, and Greenlee, who brought him immeasurable joy. Mark also leaves behind his siblings, Johnny Farley, Scott Farley, and his wife Judy, and Becky Schriver, who will carry forward his legacy of kindness and humor.

Mark was preceded in death by his loving parents, John R. Farley and Joy (Reeves) Farley, whose memory he honored throughout his life.

Mark Farley’s journey came to a close in Springtown, but the echoes of his laughter, the warmth of his kindness, and the strength of his love remain eternal in the hearts of those who knew him. He will be remembered not only for the roles he played but for the light he brought into the lives of his family and friends.
