Monty Largent

Monty Joe Largent, 67, passed away, Thursday, September 27, 2018 at home surrounded by those that love him. Monty was born April 18, 1951 in Fort Worth to Clarence Lindley and Vivian Arlene Goodwin Largent. They both preceded him in death along with his daughter, Jill Largent, grandson, Jackson Jones and siblings, Cecil, Chock, Glenda, Johnny, Jerry and Paul. Monty served in the US Army during Vietnam and was a crew chief for the 114th Assault Helicopter Company. He was a truck driver for over 45 years and enjoyed hot rods and drag racing. He is survived by his wife, Rose Anne Stewart Largent; sons, Paul Largent, Joe (Lindsey) Coffee, Mitch (Kaylee) Jones, Jeff Taylor; daughters, Liz (Robert) Lew, Tori Jordan and Ginger Jordan; brother, Clarence (Carolyn) Largent; 20 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
