Paul Langner

Paul Torres Langner, 78, passed away, Sunday, June 30, 2024 at his home in Alvord. He was born in New York City, New York to Herman R Langner and Eileen (Torres) Harrison on April 8, 1946. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Annabeth Dugger. Paul was raised in San Antonio and graduated John Marshall High School in 1964. He continued his education at the University of North Texas graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. After college Paul was a teacher and coach, he coached football, basketball and swimming. He married his wife of 41 years, Gloria in 1983. After retirement the couple built their retirement home in Rio Medina. Later moving to the Fort Worth area to be closer to family. Paul enjoyed reading history books and working in his yard as well as spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Langner; daughters, Lisa Parish and husband Chad, Brook Williams and husband Jeff, and Katherine Gomez; son, Michael Gomez, 10 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Paul will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
