Michael Lane

Michael Eugene Lane, 77, passed away, Wednesday, March 6, 2024 in Weatherford. He was born November 12, 1946 in Fort Worth to Robert Ray and Dortha Ellen (Ford) Lane. Michael was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Sue Watson and Barbara Lane; daughter, Deanna Lynn Lane. He grew up in the Fort Worth area and graduated Tech High in 1964. He married the love of his life Sandra in 1965. Michael worked as a grain elevator operator supervisor retiring after 36 years service. He enjoyed all things outdoors and loved spending time with his family. Michael is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Sandra Lane; sons, Michael Ray Lane and Kyle Ray Lane; sister, Patrica Raegle; grandchildren, Hazel, Scarlett, Luke, Madison, DJ, Summer, Brandon, and Taylor along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
