He is preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Alford Lackey, step-father, Joe Heimlich, sister ,Debbie McCune and brother, Darrin Heimlich; He is survived by his mother, Laura Ruth (Latta) Heimliich; common law wife, Tema Strong; brothers, Chris Lackey, Ken Lackey, Charles Clary and Robert Wilson; sisters, Laurie Romaine, Marla Campbell, Laura Ann Heimlich, Becky Barnes and Debbie Purcell; step-children, Jacob Isham and wife, Susan, Tommy Strong Jr. and wife, Devon, Joshua Strong and wife, Tina, Maressa Strong and husband, Jason and Justin Strong; and 15 grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
