She was born December 18, 1946 to Edward and Joyce Skipper in Jacksonville Florida. She enjoyed a full life of music, horses, carpentry and motherhood. Some favorite hobbies were reading, video games and horseback riding. She is very loved and will be greatly missed. Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, older sister Carolyn Bills and son in law Damon Nicholas. She is survived by her daughters, Nicole Nicholas and Gabrielle Maher, and husband Eric; older brother, David Skipper, and wife Ruth. Grandchildren Ariel, Heather, Jeremy, Hunter, Sarah, Destiny & Ryan; great grandchildren Kyle, Emily, Elizabeth, Matthew, Payton, Addison, Charlotte & Sawyer; and her beloved cats.
