Christy Kirk

Christy Laverne Ferguson Kirk, 50, passed away, Thursday, May 3, 2018 peacefully in her home. Christy was born March 2, 1968 in Dumas to Harold “Tommy” and Helen Tyler Ferguson. Her mother preceded her in death along with a brother, Tim Ferguson. She and her family moved to Springtown in 1971 where she attended school. She married the love of her life in April 1993. together the had one son. Christy was a shining light in our community, having worked at many places throughout Springtown in the past decades. She brought smiles to the faces of all whom she encountered and was loved by all. She is survived by her husband, Richard Kirk, Sr.; her father, Tommy Ferguson; son, Richard Kirk, Jr.; sister, Rita Moore; brothers, Harold D. Ferguson, Tommy D. Ferguson and Roger D. Ferguson and wife, Barbara; several nieces and nephews and surely innumerable friends and others who adored her.
