Charles Ray Kennedy, 62, passed away peacefully, Thursday, January 7, 2016 at home surrounded by those who love him. Charles was born September 19, 1953 in Waxahachie to Edward Clay Kennedy and Shirley Ann Helms Cox. His father preceded him in death. Survivors: Wife, Kathy Tull; son, James Clay Kennedy; mother, Shirley Cox; brother Doug Kennedy and wife, Starr; step daughters, Amber Winters and Kena Long-Jordan; and four grandchildren, all of whom will miss him.
