Douglas Kelty Ii

Douglas Benson Kelty, II, 68, went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Saturday, July, 1, 2017. Douglas was born April 12, 1948 in Fort Worth to Douglas Benson Kelty, Jr and Virginia Reed Kelty. They both preceded him in death. Douglas served in the Marines and the Army and retired after 20 years of dedicated service to his country. He fought in Vietnam in the special forces. His family is at peace that his war has ended. Douglas was an avid sculptur and had a passion for his basset hounds. Left to cherish his memory is his devoted wife, Carolyn Neal Kelty; children, Michelle Trower, Amy King, Sarah (Jeff) Besier, Taunya Anderson, Melissa (Rodney) Jack and Janell (Chad) Morrow; sister, Karen Hanson; and 22 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
