Lynn Judd

Lynn “Roy” Judd, 72, of Alvord, passed away peacfully, Friday, April 12, 2019. He was born February 7, 1947 in Matador to Leonard Bryant Judd and Murtice Maureen Carpenter. They both preceded him in death. Roy joined the US Navy at the age of 17 and served during the Vietnam War on the USS Independence as an aircraft handler. After the Navy, he was a truck driver for many years. He then worked as an aircraft refueler for Allied Aviation and was a member of the Local 513 Union. Roy enjoyed dancing, building and refinishing furniture, leather work and fishing. He is survived by his daughters, Kristy Tillman and husband, Douglas of Forestburg and Kassie Montford and husband, Jarrod of Bridgeport; sisters, Linda Lowrance and husband, Edwin, Laura Bell and husband, Gary and Loretta Farrer and husband, Vernon all of Nocona; and numerous, nieces, nephews and extended family.
