Survivors: Husband, Duane Johnson; children, Shalyn Johnson and Jerry (Betty) Pratt, Jr.; siblings, Georgia (John) Coffman, Tina (Jim) Graham, Juanita Martin, Joyce (Rickey) Levings, Jerry (Tenna) Martin, Betty (Robert) Schlee and Donald Martin; grandchildren, McKynzee Shyanne, Stephanie and Katrina.
