John Paul Carter passed from this life on Thursday, October 9th, 2025, at the age of 67 years old. John Paul was born on October 24, 1957, in Taylor, Texas. He was a trim carpenter for most of his professional career and loved the great outdoors. He also loved children and enjoyed the opportunity to be involved in the lives of his numerous nieces and nephews. Beloved brother and uncle, John Paul’s kind demeanor and sense of humor were appreciated by all.

John Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Willie Dalton Carter, Sr. & Lula Ann Woodson Carter; his brother, Willie Dalton Carter, Jr; and his sister, Doreen Lou Carter, in his immediate family.
