Louella Sue Tamplen Jackson, 64, passed away, Tuesday, September 12, 2017 at home. Louella was born May 9, 1953 in Bakersfield, California to Lee and Billie Taylor Tamplen. They preceded her in death along with her husband, Thomas Jackson, two sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her children, David Jackson and wife, Nena, Billy Jackson, Michael Jackson and wife, Christina, Christopher Sinclair and wife, Sarah; sisters, Ann Storm and Melissa Young and husband, Shane; grandchildren, Thomas, Savanna, Cailynn and Kyle.
