Vermal “Rusty” Weldon Hughes, Jr., 66, passed way, Thursday, February 28, 2019 at home. Rusty was born July 21, 1952 in Pueblo, Colorado to Vermal Weldon Sr., and Mary Lou (Skinner) Hughes. They both preceded him in death. He is survived by his brother, Billy Hughes and wife, Joan; sisters, Cherrill Sullivan, Annette Landers and Melanie Pettis and husband, Carl; nieces, Melissa and Jodi; and nephews, Rodney and Travis.
