Sandra L. Hopkins, 73, a loving mother and sister, passed away Thursday, Aug. 13, 2015. Sandra was born, April 13, 1942, in Elyira, Ohio, to Peter and Mary Ingram Balint. They both predeceased her along with her son, Jeffery Werner. Survivors: Son, John R. Werner; sister, Lynn Finley and companion, Kenny; nephew, Bob Knipper and wife, Kristina; niece, Stormmie Dial; great-nephew, Kris Dial; and best friends, Carrie, Laura and Ruthie.
