Sammy Holcomb

Sammy Dewayne Holcomb, 65, of Fort Worth, passed away, Friday, January 10, 2025 at home, surrounded by his loved ones. He was born July 26, 1959 in Fort Worth and was preceded in death by his mother, Helen.

Sammy was a loving husband, father and friend. Anyone who knew him knows, how much he loved his family. He would go above and beyond for any one of them. Sammy retired from his job at Volkswagen after 20 years of service as of 3 weeks ago. He was such a busy body nothing could hold him down, he decided to return to work at Volkswagen part time.

Sammy is survived by his loving wife of 48 wonderful years, Paula Holcomb; his loving children, Sam Jr, Chris and Ashley; grandchildren, Kelcey, Josh, Ashton, Lukas and Brooklyn; great grandson, Carson; father, Fred Holcomb; sisters, Shirley, Saundra, and Sharon; and many nephews, nieces and extended family. Sammy will be missed but never forgotten.
