Roger Hayes Sr

Roger Dale Hayes, 64, passed away, Monday, September 6, 2021 in Decatur. He was born January 29, 1957 in Fort Worth to Robert Earl and Dorothy Jean (Smith) Hayes. They both preceded him in death along with his sisters, Linda Contreras and Arlene Shockley. Roger enjoyed the ourdoors. You could either find him working in the yard or watching his grandchildren play baseball, something he loved to do. He worked in several positions with Delta and Lockheed. Roger is survived by his loving wife, Mary Hayes; sons, Roger D. Hayes, Jr. and wife, Chelsey and Robert H. Hayes and wife, Diana; daughter, Wendy Hayes; step-son, Justin Lingle and wife, Stephanie; step-daughter, Tessa Emeana and husband, Bright; brother, Ricky Hayes and wife, Mary; fourteen grandchildren, extended family and friends.
