Patsy Hart-Splawn

Patsy G. Blair Hart-Splawn, 86, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, November 15, 2020 at home. She was born March 13, 1934 in Scurry to Burl Albert and Evie (Norris) Blair. They both preceded her in death along with her brothers, J.M. and JC Blair, sisters, Leona Jones, Vivian Prochaska and Pauline Hayes and step children, Bobby and Benny Splawn. Patsy owned and operated several Donut Palaces including the one in Azle for many years. She enjoyed attending functions at the Azle Senior Center, playing bridge, was a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and enjoyed breakfast at Whataburger with friends. She is survived by her husband, Billy C. Splawn; daughters, Traci Pelaez and Cindy Weurdig and husband, Arthur; son, Paul Hart and wife, Amy; step children, Belinda Welch and husband, Randy and Brenda Fry and husband, Jimmy; siblings, AB Blair and wife, Roberta, AC Blair and wife, JoEllen, Alton Blair and wife, LaDonna and Steve Blair; sister, Peggy Naud; and extended family and many friends.
